Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
Submit your opt-out, deletion, or right-to-know request
About this form
SkimHire operates a marketplace where pool service companies purchase unlock credits to access candidate contact information. Under California law (Civ. Code §1798.140(ad)) this qualifies as a “sale” of personal information. If you are a California resident, you have the right to opt out of that sale, request deletion of your data, or ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you.
This form is one of two opt-out methods we provide. You can also email support@skimhire.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell — Candidate Opt-Out”. See our California Privacy Rights page for full detail.

We will confirm and act within 15 business days. If you don't hear from us by then, email support@skimhire.com with your request ID below.
What happens next
Within 15 business days of a verified request, we will:
• Confirm receipt by email (sent to the address you provided).
• Verify your identity by matching your contact information against our records.
• Fulfill your request: withdraw your profile from the marketplace, delete your data, or send you the information we hold — whichever you selected.
Employers who unlocked your contact information before you opted out will retain what they received. We have no technical ability to recall information already delivered to an Employer.
