Pool Service Technician

We're hiring a Pool Service Technician to run an established residential route across the Tampa Bay area. You'll service 12–18 pools per day — vacuuming, brushing, emptying skimmers and pump baskets, testing and balancing water chemistry, and inspecting equipment. We provide a stocked service vehicle, chemicals, route software, and ongoing training. This is a full-time, year-round position with steady weekly hours.

• Clean and vacuum pools on your assigned residential route
• Test water chemistry (chlorine, pH, alkalinity, cyanuric acid) and dose chemicals
• Empty skimmer and pump baskets, backwash filters as needed
• Inspect pumps, motors, salt cells, and pool automation for issues
• Log each service stop with photos in the route app
• Flag equipment problems and write up repair tickets for the office
• Maintain a clean, stocked service truck and stay on schedule

• At least 6 months of pool route experience (residential or commercial; route-assistant time counts)
• Valid Florida driver's license and clean MVR
• Comfortable working outdoors year-round in Florida heat
• Able to lift 50 lbs and handle pool chemicals safely
• Basic smartphone proficiency for the route software
• Reliable, punctual, and comfortable interacting with homeowners
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus, not required

• $18.00–$22.00/hour starting (DOE), with route-based raises
• Paid weekly
